This week sure has been a tough one for Gen Xers, with a trio of the legends that we laughed with on TV, listened to on the radio and rooted on in the ring, gone too soon.
Malcolm-Jamal Warner, who we knew best from “The Cosby Show” in the ‘80s as “Theo Huxtable”, was in Costa Rica, on vacation. While swimming with his 8-year-old daughter, Malcolm tragically drowned. He was only 54. Read more here.

Just a couple weeks after reuniting with his band Black Sabbath for one final show, Ozzy Osbourne has passed away from Parkinson’s Disease at age 76. Read more here.

Finally, what can we say about Hulk Hogan. Stretching beyond the wrestling ring, “The Hulkster” was an absolute icon in pop culture, appearing in movies, tv shows, cartoons and more. Coincidentally, we also got a closer look at his dad life with “Hogan Knows Best”, a VH1 reality show.
Today, we learned Hogan, a fellow Floridian, has passed on at the age of 71 from cardiac arrest. Read more here.
