Are you losing weight with Jenny Craig? It’s starting to sound like you’re also losing Jenny. The weight loss chain is already laying off employees, but it’s starting to sound like the end is near. Employees are allegedly now being told the 40 year-old business is closing for good, but here’s the thing. Look at their site and they’re still open for business while shopping for a buyer.
They love a good show in Great Britain, and this weekend it’s the coronation of King Charles, and how is it being commemorated? The candy company Celebration has created a chocolate bust of the King (go ahead, I thought of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, too). it weighs in at 51 pounds and took 130 hours over four weeks to create. Yes, that’s Lionel Richie who will be part of the entertainment.
25 years of great barbeque is being celebrated in Ann Kelly’s Kitchen, with the new edition of “The Barbeque Bible” by James Beard Award, and Julia Child Cookbook Award winning author Steven Raichlen. I’ve talked with Steve every time a new edition was released, but this one has to be THE one to add to your collection and up your BBQ game. It’s a 500 page feast of everything from appetizers to desserts, and you most certainly deserved a copy of your own. By the way, you’ll be able to learn more about Steven’s life soon.
