More Beads, Royal Rumbles And The Kumquat Festival

It’s the big one. The 2024 Parade of the the Pirates is this weekend, so we can count on a few things. Traffic. Get there early. And then, there’s the beads. When the celebrations are over, it’s time to clean up. Those beads are recycled through the MacDonald Training Center, a nonprofit organization that helps adults with disabilities prepare for the workforce through vocational training, employment pathways, residential supports and life-enrichment opportunities.
